This Privacy Policy explains how Airway Health Solutions (“AHS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application and related Wix-hosted pages (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to this Policy.

2) Information we collect

We collect only what’s needed to run the App:

  • Account & contact details (if you provide them): name, email, phone.

  • Appointments & messages (if you submit a request or contact us): requested date/time and the message you send.

  • Device & usage data: limited technical data such as device type, app version, language, and basic interaction logs to keep the App secure and working.

We do not ask for or require Social Security numbers, bank account or credit card numbers, government IDs, or other highly sensitive identifiers.

Health information: The App is not intended to collect protected health information (PHI). Please avoid sending medical records or highly sensitive health details. If you choose to provide health-related info in a message, we will treat it as confidential and use it only for the purpose you provided.

3) How we use information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the App and support you.

  • To respond to inquiries, appointment requests, and feedback.

  • To protect the App, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with law.

4) What we don’t do

  • We do not sell, broker, or share your personal information for advertising or similar purposes.

  • We do not request Social Security numbers, bank/payment details, or other highly sensitive data.

(a) to service providers that operate the App for us (for example, Wix hosting), under contracts requiring them to protect it and use it only for us;

6) Data hosted on Wix

The App and some forms are hosted on Wix. Information you submit through our pages may be processed on Wix’s infrastructure. Wix acts as our service provider/processor and must protect your information.

7) Permissions & third-party tools

The App does not request device permissions beyond what’s needed for basic functionality. If a feature asks for a permission (e.g., camera), it is used only for that feature, and you may decline. We do not enable cross-app tracking.

8) Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations. If you request deletion, we will delete it unless we must keep it by law.

9) Your choices & rights

  • Access/Update/Delete: Email us at [email protected] to access, correct, or delete your information.

  • Marketing: If we ever send marketing emails, you can opt out via the link in the message or by contacting us.

If your region provides additional rights (e.g., GDPR in EEA/UK; CCPA/CPRA in California), you may also have rights to portability, restriction/objection, and non-discrimination. We will honor those rights as applicable.

10) Security

We use appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is 100% secure, so please avoid submitting highly sensitive data in free-text fields.

11) Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can delete it.

Because Wix and other service providers may operate globally, your information may be processed outside your country. We take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection as required by law.
